Hi Everyone!

Nicholsfamily At least you dropped back down. Flower mentioned about drinking water as soon as she wakes. I always drank a small amount of water with my meds when I woke. More recently I have been drinking 2 glasses of water with that med. I have to wait 30 minutes until I can drink my coffee because the med has to be absorbed on an empty stomach. Guess what? I have been going to the bathroom before even drinking the coffee. The coffee used to help things along but the water is taking care of it. Maybe give the water a try.

Penny105 Hi and welcome to the check-in. I was trying to clean out the fridge today, too.

Hey all. Sorry for the disappearing act. I have not been great at dieting. I do not think though that I have gained. Trying to keep eating in check. So much happening on different levels. Am not having as many sugar eating days. So being careful.

I have not caught up on reading all the posts. But have read most. Been spending most free time helping a friend in need. I think that will last no more than 2 months.

Hot chocolate and I are still best friends. It has no needs. It asks only that I drink it. I still DO want to manifest that exercise partner.

I will soon write personals. Until then, I hope your day is great.

I have a room that I wish you would come take care of. I can do it, but won't, since I want to stay married. Obviously, the room isn't mine.

this is my entire house right now, while the four year old goes through her small toy years. Like sand, they get everywhere and putting them back in the toy organizer only provides temporary satisfaction.

CoolMom75: How did your decluttering go today?

flower123: Hope to see you around more! I understand the outside world keeping you busy though!

Diana3271: I am getting in a ton of water per day...but I kept one out so I'd have it ready when I got up this morning to drink...and I drunk it and I was peeing allll day! Which is crazy..I wonder what the difference between drinking it first thing in the morning and 8 o'clock in the morning is lol.

Typing this as I eat dinner (which by the way is delicious!). Work went by fast today. Weight was 151.0 this morning which is my "low" so hopefully it will drop even more tomorrow morning! Calories were good today. Exercise was good today. So we will wait and see!

Hope everyone had a great Monday! TTYL

Hello all!

Recovering from the beautiful day, lots of outside time, did my jog, screwed up the math somehow, so ended up jogging for 50 mins instead of 45 like I planned, good to know I could do it, but kept thinking towards the end, why is this so hard... anyway my right calf is really tight now, so planning on soaking a bit. I keep stretching, it's better than it was.

Diana I started listening to Belleruth when I jog, I got close to the house (was walking by then) and came up on a small buck on our bank, he let me get pretty close, Belleruth was talking away, he kept looking like "who's that talking?" I told DH he should take her hunting with him

Nichols glad you dropped back down, sounds like you may have discovered your issue. I can't help you with getting away from the scale, I weigh everyday i'm home, no matter what. I just don't allow myself to obsess about it..well not all the time

CoolMom good luck with the declutter, stuff always finds a way in, we took in a chicken for our neighbor, something came in and killed her other ones, anyway, we ended up with a chicken, feed, feeders and waterers, a heater, I was joking with her husband, whatever you want to get rid of, throw in the back of the truck...

Flower hope all goes well with your friend.

Best to all

Hi Everyone!

Flower It's good to see you. You don't have to be perfectly on plan to post. You can have really good intentions and you are more than welcome here. Wishing your friend the best.

CoolMom Did you start the purging? My DH is a collector, of all stuff. It can be worn completely out but he still thinks he can use it for something, sometime in the future.

Nicholsfamily Congrats on the new low!

Kelijpa Sounds like an awesome day! Something funny. I listen to Belleruth every morning, after DH leaves for work. I swear I can almost see Cody roll his eyes when I put the CD in. I also have a sense that he's saying "Oh no, not that again", in his head. I am totally getting that vibe from him. The buck was probably getting his zen on. You were building your endurance today. Still no TTOM for you? I still haven't started. I thought I was yesterday but it didn't.

Waving HI all around! Enjoy your evening!

B- apple cinnamon oatmeal with a drizzle of honey.
L- Italian wedding soup with peas, 1 slice garlic bread.
D- 2 small baked fish fillets, brown rice with carrots and peas.
S- 2 small pieces dark chocolate, handful of almonds, and fruit.

Did good today. The weather turned cold, so I'll need to dig out my hearty healthy recipes. There's nothing I hate worse than a cold salad on a cold day. Bring on the stews.

Nichols: congrats on the low!

Coolmom: good luck with the cleaning! So necessary sometimes, but never easy.

hey all I am just going to respond to what is on page 7 here. Otherwise i would be typing forever trying to catch up

Diana thanks for the words. I feel great posting successes. Not so much when the calories are higher. Sounds like there is a man cave that needs to be left messy and avoided at all cost

Coolmom I hope you were able to get some de-cluttering satisfaction. I love that children live in the moment. Done with a toy, that's history. On to the next thing. Also they do tend to not worry about being messy or dirty. Although some kids seem to be born with a neat gene.

Kelijpa great with the 180. Also awesome that you jogged for 50 minutes. The difference between you and me is that you jog while doing food related hypnosis recording. I fall asleep doing mine So now you have a live chicken? Poor thing has been through a lot.

Nicholsfamily Glad your weight is back down again. Sometimes gain just happens. Could be something as odd as inflammation. Or hormonal. On another subject, I never know how you do it. You are SO busy. Finding time to type while you eat. AND you are rocking that weight loss and exercise. You REALLY are. Your level of energy and determination are amazing.

Penny 103 good to meet you. Your menu sounds great ! Sorry the weather is turning cold. Where I live they are predicting 46 for a high on Saturday. ykes.

Today was my worst day in at least a couple of weeks. The last time I had a very bad eating day I posted here about it. And so it is again.
I had a run-in with a package of chicken sausage and some cheese. Then there was the 3 oz bag of psuedo popchips from TJs.
B hot chocolate and popchips 520
L Chicken sausage with cheese and a low cal salad 520
D Chicken sausage with cheese 450
S more hot chocolate and frozen lemon protein stuff 300
total for the day 1790

Maybe I should start listening to Bellaruth. I have the link saved. I know that the one I listened to helped. Just I need more work on it. And a ban on cocoa powder.
I hope you all have a great Tuesday. I know mine will NOT include cheese or popchips.
