HI Every one-been very busy, but clothes are still getting looser. I've decided not to weigh in again until January, but do feel even thinner. One thing I did do is finally write a new article for my blog. It's all about the importance of water-not only as related to weight loss but many other ways as well. Perhaps if you know why it will encourage you to drink more of it. I also link a source about how it's ok to use salt as long as it's the right kind of salt. At the end are my "motivation-visualization" pictures of me when I was fit & thin. Only 25-30 pds to go to reach goal!
