Hi all! I hope everyone is doing well.

I've realized that I'm horrible at posting daily so I'm just going to post when I have time/remember. I have an exam and a book review due this week so things will be a bit spotty.

Yesterday:
B: Oikos Banana Cream Yogurt
L: Japanese Curry and White Rice (very small portion, where I work on Sundays provides free tasty homemade Japanese lunch that I can never pass up...lol.)
D:2 Roasted Chicken Legs, 0.5 Cups Brown Rice, and 1.25 Cups of Mixed Steamed Veggies
S: 0.5 of A Mini Seedless Watermelon
Dst: 1 Healthy Choice Fudge Bar

Today:
B: Oikos Banana Cream Yogurt
L: Wild Greens and Quinoa Salad with extras (Spinach, Chicken Breast, and Avocado)
D:Salmon, 1 Cup Brown Rice, and 1.5 Cups of Mixed Steamed Veggies
S: 1 Banana
Dst: 1 Healthy Choice Fudge Bar and a Cup of Strawberries

I'm actually eating lunch now but I'm pretty sure the rest will be accurate.

LELi the weekend did go by fast, I did good on exercise, not the best on food, hoping some of my gain is water weight.

Going to bounce on the mini tramp a little and do some yoga.

Best to all

woah! I missed a lot in the last two days. Diana, I hope you are doing okay and thr flooding is starting to go down.

I was terribly sick Saturday and had to miss my dad's memorial. It actually sounds like it was good that I didn't go. I was mostly better by Sunday and able to go out to dinner with family here from out of town.

eating and weight are off the charts! need to reel it in but not doing well with that.

Good morning all, expected a loss but went up slightly, bleh, 182.4, meditation helped with my mood, but will be fighting FatGirl trying to take over. Maybe TTOM related, it's been 5 weeks, actually hoping it just stays away forever this is the second 5 wk span after a long span of about 3 was in between. Oh well, enough about that.

Diana got in a nice walk listening to Belleruth, then yoga and mini tramp later, so pretty good.

CoolMom

So, I tried some Kashi Go Lean hot cereal with clusters honey & cinnamon, tastes good but I don't like the texture at all, bummer, my fave right now is Quaker high fiber brown sugar and cinnamon.

Hope everyone has a good day

Good Morning, Everyone!

CoolMom
I hope you are continuing to feel better. When does everyone leave? All of that can be very tiring and draining, even in the best of circumstances.

Kelijpa How are you counting your weeks? From the last day it started or after the date it is suppose to start? I still haven't started either. My last TTOM was in August. If I count from the last day it started I'm almost at 8 weeks, if I count from when it's suppose to start it's almost 5 weeks. I'm with you, maybe it won't come back. I'm hoping my body heard the lab results and said there's no reason to continue with this nonsense.

Last night I added on: Slim and Limber
This Morning: Oxycise Level 2 workout

Holy Batman! I've got some serious water weight going on! In recent months Chipotle hasn't caused a major problem for me. The fajita veggies were very salty last night. Maybe that was the culprit or just maybe the back to back days of higher than normal sodium. Yesterday I drank a lot more water, thinking it would help. NOT! Good grief! I think my body held onto every drop of the extra water.

Calories for yesterday: 1310 +
Weigh In: 167.4
Up: 1.2 pounds

Everyone, have a great day and make the most of your day.

Hi everyone

Divine – Your daily plans look really good. Keep it up!

kelijpa – Your exercise sounds fun! I am actually trying yoga for the first time tonight. Have you tried the Kashi honey and flax granola?? I like that one the most.

Diana – Great job sticking to plan as always.

CoolMom

Diana- I'm counting from the last day of the last one if I went to the start it adds almost another week. This is the first time two in a row were 5 weeks. Sorry about the water weight, that stinks.

LELi- I'll have to try the granola, I really liked the flavor but not the texture, I'll have to take a look at it again and see if I can eat it some other way, maybe it needs to be eaten right away, it could be a weekend thing maybe. I make my oatmeal at home with almond milk, then eat it when i get to work, regular oatmeal holds up. I won't give up on it just yet. I do my yoga with an app called simply yoga, I've been wanting to try a class somewhere.

Best to all

Hi Everyone!

Leli How was the hot yoga class?

Kelijpa If I count like you say I am at 7 weeks. Are you having "phantom periods"? I'm not sure if you have heard of that term. It's where you have all the symptoms without the actual period. Today, I felt like it was going to start but it hasn't.

Hello chicks! I've been mia the past two days, but things are going well.

Diana - I did not realize you are in SC! I'm so glad you are ok, and so proud of you for sticking to your eating plan and workouts. That is stressful. Do you think your body is retaining the water because your extra stressed right now? So glad you are safe.

Eating today was good. I'm managing to stay away from refined carbs, sugary sweets, and alcohol. I think yesterday I finally noticed a difference in the way I feel and look. Today I put on an outfit that previously was tight and it fit well. Not tight, not loose yet. I seem to be letting go of some bloat. I will not weigh in until the 15th, so we'll see what happens.

Today:
B - scrambled egg w/ mushrooms
2 slices bacon
3 oz OJ (probably some sugar in there!)
L - ate on the run: chicken salad on wheat w/ handful of chips
D - roast chicken, organic brown rice
Post workout snack: 2 mandarin oranges, 1 slice ham
Water: 9 - 8 oz glasses

Workout: this weekend - deep stretching video I rented
today - Jazzercise Hiit class - 1 hr.

Goodnight chicks. Everyone have a great night!
