Congrats to those with losses!
I'm still in the challenge, but I've had a BAD last four days, so I'm staying away from the scale until Friday. Fingers crossed that I at least don't have a gain by then!

I know I realty shouldn't weigh myself everyday but im kinda obsessed with it. Down to 177 today! Hopefully the scale keeps going down!

Once again I'm late to the party, but I'll join in. I lost 8 pounds last month, so while I'm going to try for 10 pounds, I'd be thrilled if I just get into the 140s!

Yesterday I was down to 136.2, but I am up to 137.6 today thanks to a salty dinner last night! I do weigh myself most mornings, but I try not to get bent out of shape over fluctuations.

Checking in.had my first loss in 3 weeks finally. Very small but it could signify the end of this wretched plateau. Weighed in at 223.6.
yep I am proud of my .4 loss lol. Hoping it goes way down by the end of the week. Only had time for 20 min at the gym and 30 min swimming this morning, but I will be going back to the gym after class tonight.
I am really trying to change up my routine when I can only afford certain foods so I pretty much eat the same thing all the time

Way to go everyone on your successes today!! We can do this!!

Today only down 0.2 lbs but I am THRILLED that the scale was DOWN not up, especially since I just started regularly exercising and counting my WW points on Friday!!

I hope its down a little more (OR A LOT MORE!) tomorrow too!
Got in a solid 30 minute elliptical workout today plus cooldown. I know I need to step up my workout to longer than 30 minutes but I'm really just trying to do what I can do since I'm such a newbie to exercising daily. I'm just glad I'm actually doing it!!

Lets make tomorrow and amazing day too!!

Well today was my second weigh in at TOPS. On their scale I had lost 4 lbs for the week. My scale I've lost 5...but thats cuz I weigh myself without clothing Haha. But as it turns out I was the biggest loser and my mom came in second place with 3 lbs lost!! Now I've got to keep this momentum rolling and hopefully lose another 4-5 lbs this next week as well!! And Congrats to everyone else thats lost weight. And If you didn't lose any keep on fighting and don't give up...it'll pay off in the end!

Thank you!! Writing down what I eat and the calories I eat really helps out a lot! And I tend to eat the same things so I know how much im eating everyday. Tonight will be my 3rd day of 30 day shred if my thighs are up for the challenge. I really should rest them but I don't wanna gain anything back that I've worked so hard on getting off! Wish me luck!

I'm new to posting, but I've been observing this website for the past two weeks or so and finally decided to join a challenge!! It's so inspiring seeing the goal photos!! I've been procrastinating for far too long...Life is too short, I'm ready to be the person that I want to be!! I'm 20 years old and am 5'3" currently 155lbs., my goal weight is 130...Let's do this!!
