I did 40min of kettlebells. Finished the sleeve of my current sweater project started the next sleeve, and worked a while in my 'yarn storage room' cleaning up and putting stuff away!

Hopefully the bone loss isn't as bad as it sounds. We are talking about taking calcium, also. {I drink a lot of milk but Hubby doesn't like it without choc syrup!}:p
