Week 2 results
Hi everyone. I finally decided to log back in and seek the support that I'm not receiving with my friends doing Medifast. One girl is not continuing after just 2 weeks. I guess it's not for everyone. When I share my results there's just no excitement so I've pulled back from sharing. I need the support though.
OK onto my results.
Week 1: 9 lb lost
Week 2: 4 lb lost
I measured after 2 weeks and 21" lost.
It's very encouraging to read other people's success on their journey.
I'm getting married on October 22nd so I'm being extra diligent so I FEEL beautiful on my big day!
