Week 1:
-7.8 Pounds
YEAY!
I haven't weighed 248 since June 2013! I have logged my weight weekly since November 2009 in my computer's calendar, which can be good and bad, ha! (Ugh, those years of ups and downs!) But it will be fun to see that number drop further down, especially when it drops BELOW the history of my computer
But even better is that
my blood pressure came down! In just ONE week, it went from 144/87 to 125/76... WOW.
Can't wait to see what the next weeks bring!
