Adios - you're scientific method is similar to mine. I would like to be 130 but 160ish is more realistic...LOL I got to 169 a couple of years ago so I figure I can do it again.

Third week weigh in - down 1.5 today for a total of 9.8 for 3 weeks. Was traveling the last two days and ate some high sodium things. Was down lower than this before that. Hope everyone is doing good. Got jury duty next week - so I may not be around as much.

Week 1: -7.8 Pounds

YEAY!

I haven't weighed 248 since June 2013! I have logged my weight weekly since November 2009 in my computer's calendar, which can be good and bad, ha! (Ugh, those years of ups and downs!) But it will be fun to see that number drop further down, especially when it drops BELOW the history of my computer

But even better is that my blood pressure came down! In just ONE week, it went from 144/87 to 125/76... WOW.

Can't wait to see what the next weeks bring!

Happy losing and peace to all!

Jumping in here as I just completed my first week of MF! I started on Ideal Protein but only eating 3 packets a day is incredibly unsustainable for me and it would lead to binging, so I was unsuccessful. 5 packets on MF seems like too much! Funny how that happens. Anyway, here are my stats:

1/27: 208.4
2/3: 205 (-3.4)

Very happy with that! On to the next week and eating OP during Bunco night (pot luck) and a paint night!

I used to put actual goals on my ticker, but it sort of scared me or intimidated me, plus I find that I can lose 10 pounds ok, so I put a goal that I might be able to achieve and then I can go from there.
I would actually feel so much better at 190!
And have to buy new clothes.....
So I have lost 7 pounds this week, but I have to say that I can gain 7 pounds overnight, literally, so I am trying to be very careful.
I haven't ordered the MF yet (I have to wait till payday, the 19th) but I am using some old Wonderslim shakes that I had from last fall....

My MF supply was so large that I won't have to order MF for months. However most of mine is expired - but the taste is just fine. Even the puffs and bites are fine. Congrats to everyone on their loss. My weigh in is on Friday. I'll be sure to post my weigh in then.

Woot, 240 lbs this morning! I was at 247 when my Medifast stuff got here... So that was a 7 pound loss in my first 5 days. Pretty exciting!

Lorri, is it that time of the month? Or maybe salt is making you retain water? If you are on plan, it probably isn't real weight.
I've also found that my body gets extremely stubborn at the weight I was stable in for several years. Maybe you are at one of those.

Congratulations everyone! I am a compulsive excel tracker. If I keep losing at the same weight, the weight on my driver's license will be accurate in early June! At the moment that is my goal. That is also the halfway point.
