Hi Everyone! I see there are several of us here posting but no weekly weigh-in thread. I think it will be fun to support each other each week for our weigh-ins. Before and after. My weigh day is Sat. so I'll be back then to post my week 3 results. I hope everyone joins me and we can get some life back into this forum.

Hi there! I'm on week 4 of MF. Struggled the last 2 weeks - one week ws. I am trying to weigh in on Saturday mornings now since I know my weight super fluctuates the rest of the time of days. I'll post my weigh ins so far and update tomorrow after my appt.
7/6 Day 0: 197 (Initial consult before I signed on - actually started 7/8) 7/14 Day 7: 191.1 (-5.9lbs) 7/18 Day 11: 190.7 (-.4oz: had to go out of town so weigh was early) 7/25 Day 18: 189.2 (-1.5lbs: much better!) 8/1 Day 25: pending :( |
Good luck tomorrow Lady! I'm getting anxious for my weigh in tomorrow. My scale this morning was showing less of a loss for the week than it did on Wed.

Good morning! My appt. went great this morning. Here are my stats:
Wk 1 - 8.5 Wk 2 - 1.5 Wk 3 - 2.5!!!!! Yay! I am so delighted with 12.5 lbs down in only three weeks. I'm actually noticing a difference in my clothes. I would love for more Medifasters to join in here for support and celebration on our weekly weigh-ins. |

7/18/15: Start at 235 lbs 7/25/15: 228.6, -6.4 8/1/15: 226.9, -1.7 Total 8.1 lbs down in two weeks. :carrot: |

I've forgotten what it's like trying to lose weight and be on my monthly cycle. It's a true struggle. I gained a few ounces...bumping me back up to 190. I'm so sad but trying really hard not to be discouraged. Hoping for better numbers this coming Saturday. Well, it wasn't as bad as I thought. I stayed EXACTLY them same...to the ounce! Very weird. Yesterday I moved my L&G to lunch and only had a berry smoothie for dinner. I added 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk which made it creamer. My results so far:
Wk 1 - 8.5 Wk 2 - 1.5 Wk 3 - 2.5 Wk 4 - 0.0 (ate off plan) My goal for the week is to be 100% on plan. |
