Yay!! 11 lbs so far. Not gonna lie--this week was hard. I was so hungry especially around lunch time. Eating soups (or a warm meal) helped a bit. I stuck to the plan and the result motivates me to continue!

Woohoo Lady!11 lbs is great. I was hungry at lunch as well and I started to have an ounce or two of chicken breast with a small amount of vegetables with my hot Medifast lunch. It made a hugh difference. I'm just subtracting whatever I add at lunch from my dinner.
Thanks guys! And holy crap! I have to triple weight myself to make sure but the last month was a huge struggle and I gained 4.4 this week was the first week I didn't cheat and ate great and I'm down -6.4!!! Finally got my -41lbs
As of this morning I weigh 242.6

Livinthelife - You should! I feel like I have a way easier time mentally thinking oh wow I can reach this small amount of weight instead of oh wow I have 80 freakin pounds to go. You know what I mean?

Congrats & yes, Amberkkski, your mini-goals inspired me to do my own. It was hard for me to come up with a list that I felt were attainable mini-goals but after some thought, I'm so glad I did it! Only because -70+lbs can be so long from now. Don't want to lose focus or hope.

It is inspiring to see everyone sharing their successes and struggles! I had set a mini goal to lose 30 pounds and I have lost 23 so far...!!! Yeah! That is a very good thing for me. I have have been constantly increasing in weight for years and enough is enough. So I am nearing my mini goal. I will set another mini goal after I attain this one. Any thoughts on a mini reward for reaching a mini goal? Thanks for your thoughts!

Wk 4: -3.3 lbs
14.3 lbs gone in 1 mo and I'm thrilled! Finally got to a point 2 days ago where I don't constantly feel hungr/obsessing about food. How are you all doing?
Update 8/15: I only lost 0.5oz. I started lifting weights and had a couple of vodka drinks on Wednesday night. Change isn't big enough to change the ticker. Hopefully next week.
