Would love to be under 120 by the end of the month but with a birthday next week and all the eating out that comes with that we shall just have to wait and see!
Well, skipping two workout days...didn't work out! Today is supposed to be an up day, but I haven't reached my goal yet. I started the day at 109.2 - a pound over my goal weight. And that's with yesterday being a coffee and Bubble Yum fast!
So I jogged/walked for a couple of hours, then did some yoga to cool down, and have made it to 108.6 on the lower scale. Just point four pounds to go! I'm just going to weigh myself hourly, and will eat when I hit 108.2. EVEN IF IT TAKES UNTIL TOMORROW MORNING. :grim determination smiley:
Edit: Made weight after sitting in front of the computer for two hours. God took pity on me, and the lower scale jumped from 108.7 to 108.2 in that time!

I'm still just holding steady at 129.25 - 129.5 over here, blarg.
4/1/15: 130.5
4/2/15: 130.25
4/3/15: 131
4/4/15: 130.5
4/5/15: 130.5
4/6/15: 131.5 <- tons of carbs and salt yesterday! But I kept my calories on point, so I know it's just water weight.
4/7/15: 130.75
4/8/15: 130.5
4/9/15: 131.25 <-high carbs and salt again yesterday. I gotta stop doing this lol
4/10/15: 130
4/11/15: 130
4/12/15: 130
4/13/15: 130
4/14/15: 130
4/15/15: 130
4/16/15: 130
4/17/15: 130
4/18/15: 130
4/19/15: 129.25
4/20/15: 129.25
4/21/15: 129.5
4/22/15: 129.5
4/22/15: 129.25
4/23/15: 129.25
4/23/15: 129.5
4/24/15: 129.5
Still hoping I'll lose *maybe* another 1 to 1.5 pounds when my t.o.m. is over, but there's no way I'm making it to 5 pounds lost this month. I'm ok with that, solely on the basis of the psychological boost I got from making it out of the 130s LOL.
I know my weight loss is going to slow to a crawl and eventually stop (as it should, I don't have much left to lose really), so I'm just gonna let my body do its thing. I got a fitbit charge hr to help with my exercise/activity motivation, so I can focus more on my actual fitness than scale weight. (Still going to weigh in everyday so I don't creep back up again, though).
I'd like to join the battle! I began the Beck Diet 3/29/2015 and weigh in officially on Saturday mornings [though I do get on the scale daily to keep my mind in the game].

You are making some serious, consistent progress! Would you mind if I asked what you're approach is, since it seems to be working so well? Please forgive me if you've already outlined it.

Holding steady is great, especially in that low-but-healthy BMI range. : I have a theory, since I'm in that range, too, that the fat cells at that level were pressed down by the other fat cells (at least in my case, lol), and so they're more tightly pressed in there and harder to get out. Or maybe our bodies just realize that we're getting to the lower end of healthy, and put the brakes on for safety's sake.
There is no danger of my going below 18.5 BMI, though. That would be extremely dangerous, not to mention counterproductive.
