smith1313 - trying an incline? Brave! I have such muscley legs tho so I'm afraid of bulking them up anymore. That's my excuse anyway! :P

crazycatwoman - Food definitely helps! I can see a big difference in my performance if I go before and after dinner! If I go before dinner I end up crawling off the treadmill feeling a bit queasy :P

I DID IT! I can't believe I was so nervous about week 5 day 3. I read lots of things telling me to take it slow and not be nervous, but I was sure I'd fail. Honestly, I found it pretty easy! I slowed it down to 7.8kmph (from my usual 9kmph). I could have done it faster, and I found that my boobs kept hitting the handlebars cause I was so used to running faster, but I'm glad I did it slow. I didn't get out of breath once! I could even chat to my friend while running after like 18 minutes! I was so happy! So I don't regret doing it slow. I'm going to try and increase my speed to 8.5kmph tomorrow and see how that goes. I'm back to interval training (5 jog, 8 jog, 5 jog) so that should be fun! :P No longer scared of going onto the next level though!

cantgetenoughchoc - HURRAH! That's brilliant. I have much respect for those speeds. I am plodding away at 6.8km/h. But I know that'll improve. Really impressed by what you have done - it keeps me going.

I just did week 4 day 1 on the treadmill and it fair near defeated me! I hadn't looked at the schedule before and just used the podcast for timing, and I kept thinking surely no one would put 5 minutes at the end, please tell me it's just 3, Oh no.....

But the feeling when the time was up - amazing.
