Yeah...something has to give. I went ahead and ran 9 on Saturday. It felt pretty good, but the rest of the day I was exhausted and just felt terrible. Sunday I felt ok, but today I'm feeling awful again and missed my run this am because I'm pretty sure my sinus' are going to explode and my lungs are killing me. I think this is the most running I've missed in a year and I'm having a really hard time with it. I know I need rest, but it's hard to give yourself permission to do that sometimes. I'm not too sure what my plans are this week. Well, I do, but I'm not sure anyone would approve
. I think taking today off was smart...I just have to keep telling myself that's it ok and it's better than turning this into something really serious if I don't allow my body time to heal.
