Hello GALS ~

Well Angie was taking off with the mutts this morning so, feeling a little better in the groin area, I went with her. A little pain but much better than the other day!

We just did a ggod 2 miles...didn't want to push it...

Hope everyone had a great day yesterday and enjoy your week-end!

44/50 MILES

I empathize with you, I grew up with wood floors, they look so good when they are done, but sheesh, a lot of work

Well, I didn't exercise and I didn't diet, so......2.5 weight gain lol, then I took a water pill and lost 2 pounds yesterday(I love those magic pills). So, I hopefully will be on track today. I have a little extra motivation as I have a Doctors appt. on Monday. I reported a 10 pound weight loss in May, and hopefully another 5 on Monday. Baby steps for some, but they have been steps that I have been able to maintain.

aww thanks! felt lazy and sore yesterday aswell and didnt exercise but today i'm going to do my last chance workout!

i hear ya on the weight gain. the lowest i saw this week was 153.4lbs and today i'm back up at 155.6lbs cause i had a high calorie day the other day and didnt workout much this week. i realised i really have to stay ontop of things or i can easily see the scale creep up.

thats awesome that you have 15lbs lost! every step counts no matter how big or small!! good luck with the doc appointment tommorow! the main thing is that you've been able to maintain it, and thats the most important thing!! you've done so well!!

--

i've planned my last chance workout plan for today, will change to blue on completion. got my weigh in tommorow!
-----
SUNDAY: LAST CHANCE WORKOUT:

workout 1: bike ride - 40 minutes - burn 400 calories. did not do. was raining really hard to go in the garden, and was too cold to go to the little summer house/outbuilding at the back of my garden where my exercise bike is stored. so next week, i've decided to bring in my exercise into the house temporarily for the winter.

workout 2: p90x kenpo X - completed! 48 minutes, burned 312 calories (used 3lb hand held weights for some of the punches for the first time, to add some intensity, felt abit slow and sluggish today and my heart rate wasnt that high).

workout 3: wind sprints - 22 minutes (maintain heart rate 80-90%) - burn 220 calories. completed! 27 minutes, burned 227 calories

Total calorie burn AIM = 1050calories - equivalent to 1/3 of a 1lb. (0.3lbs) (30% of 1lb) did not achieve.

Total calories burned = 539 calories. ~ 0.15lbs (15% of 1lb)
===

update for this week:

1 smilie for each workout completed.

monday - rest

tuesday - p90x plyometrics jump training
duration - 57minutes
burned - 570 calories
maximum heart rate 175/93%
average heart rate 154/81%

weds, thurs, fri, sat: no exercise.

sunday
p90x kenpo X - 48 minutes

wind sprints - 27 minutes

Total smilies this week = 3

Total for November: 19 days: 1473 minutes (24.5 hours) (102%) done // GOAL was 1440 minutes (goal achieved for the month)
