I ended up walking in the heat and sweating to death at a flea market for over 2 hours yesterday, so counted that as my exercise for the day. Today's goals are:
30 min. + morning walk--DONE!

Aug 3rd-5th prepared for my trip with lots of cleaning and running errands.
August 5th-9th. Lots of activity. Swimming in the ocean in very strong currents, wading through water for resistance exercise, walking, running across hot sand, pulling beach wagon, climbing lots of steps at the water park at a good clip, lots of swimming, climbing ropes at the tree house, running across hot pavement, carrying heavy coolers.
August 10th: I am determined to do some regular cardio, and some weights. That is my goal.

Aug 5 Aquacize class 55 minutes
Aug 6 Babyboomer Fit class 36 minutes

Aug 10 Aquacize class 50 minutes, Walked 11 minutes
Narnia, No, I didn't see the tickers! I'll have to go look at them! I did see the new Cathelete t-shirts and thought about getting one. From what I read on the site the XL would be too small. PFFT! My theory is if the site allows you to copy/move something offsite its okay to use elsewhere. I may be wrong here!
