A very good workout today!
34 mins treadmill (300 cals). I ran MUCH longer than I usually do today and did less walking. I actually managed a 7 minute stint at 6.5! Hooray! (I'm a 2-pack a day smoker, and I usually run out of lung power pretty quickly.)
25 mins legs, abs, lower back (144 cals).
While I was doing the leg press today, one of the trainers (who often helps me out and gives me advice) came up and added 25lb to the machine. I managed to finish all my sets with the extra weight, but, my lord! My legs feel as though they are made of jelly! I think I'm going to have trouble walking later
