Yay!Gym 's re-opened! Guess September's finally here for me.

Ah! The Gym is my little Caribbean vacation. I try to focus only on exercise and breathing and clearing my mind. breathe...palm trees....breathe...palm trees...all the while hearing the steel drum music from my honeymoon. I really hope I can keep it up because it takes so much time.

Sun 13 Sep 45 min exersz!

September goal - complete weeks 9-12 of 12 week Program

Yoga 3x a week
Strength/weights 3x a week
Cardio 6x a week
Looks like my first week is going to take 10 days...

Week 9 - complete

Week 10 - complete

Week 11 -
9/14-
9/15-

I don't think I'll complete week 12 this month but hopefully will at least start it, we have a little trip planned, so getting everything in will be tough. But I feel like I'm developing a routine I can stick with, which was the point of this 12 week experiment, so happy about that.

best to all

Yay, SeeMyFeet! Glad you got back to the pool -- your mini-Caribbean vacation sounds lovely.

Whhell! All work and no gym makes me a sad penguin! Every time I tried to run away from work, something new came at me. I guess every day can't be a Caribbean vacation....

I have yet to hula. It arrived last week, and I unpacked it and put it together. The cats have inspected it and said it's a go, but I've yet to try. I have been in the garden just about every day, so I am still getting a little physical. Maybe this weekend .....

I've been avoiding updating this, which is totally silly. No, I haven't run in two weeks, but I have been biking so so so much. I was also sick with a sinus infection for about a week or so!

I was READY to go for a run today! Mentally. But the smoky air and weeds are killing me. I shouldn't feel bad taking a day off from activity for that, especially since my sinuses are still recovering. Tomorrow, tomorrow.

Just wanted to post this non-update to encourage me to get back on the trail tomorrow.

PrairieQueen, looking forward to hearing how the hula-hooping goes, now that is has the Good Housecat Seal of Approval!

NNS, you SHOULD take it easy having just recovered from a sinus infection. You don't need a relapse! Good job on all the bicycling!
