Just a quick check in...scale showed 219.8 today...not a big drop, but still -- I'm in the 2 teens!!!

But, she's been my doctor now for a decade, so she knows I tend to get side tracked sometimes...and she agrees meeting up with my pulmonary specialist was far more important there for a while. I just signed the release forms so she has the info so she is happy.

Holy Cow there are a LOT of updates on here in just a week!! LOL
I had reported my loss (down to 251.8). I had bounced up again and now am below the last report to 251.2-yay me!

Starting for this goal=253.6
Today's Weigh In= 251.2
June 4th goal (son's HS grad day)=250 ((come on ONE POUND to get there!!)
July 4th goal=240

ALLINELL=Congrats on the scale going down! My son is graduating HS on June 4th. Time flies doesn't it? I thought in 1995 that 2013 graduation seemed a million years away and here it is in a blink of an eye!

Hello all!!

Way to go on the losses and major NSVs, everyone!!! You all are doing so great!

I have not been OP-ish. Not sure exactly what it is but I think I am stressed out about my upcoming ultrasound results re: my ovarian cyst(s) on the 30th. I am praying that it's nothing serious and doesn't need any treatment or anything like that. On top of that, I have TOM coming up- I am craving crap more than usual and I am giving in to it most of the time. I have not worked out since Thursday, I think. I can't remember nor do I care to. My motivation has seriously dwindled and I'm not sure why. I am going to make my butt do an hour on the elliptical today (I will come back and post for accountability!) then do my nails with gelish and all prettied up to get me outta this weird... funk? Maybe I also will go to the mall and window-shop, maybe get something cute on a sale (I love scoring sweet deals and that should perk me right up, lol.)

Sorry for such a whiny post but I sure felt a lot better getting it out there.

amandie, I think I might go window shopping too! But I'll bring the credit card JUST IN CASE . I know how worried you must be about the ultrasound results, I'm saying a prayer right now and will again on Thursday for you. And for your motivation, remember Mozzy's quote, it's not about motivation but commitment!! And we all know you are committed to yourself and your good health and weightloss. This is just one of those struggling times and they suck. And there was nothing whiny about your post as far as I saw, it's just chatting. And that's what we do here!
