This was my first real exercise goal so I may have set it a bit too low. Will remember that next time!
I know April is almost over but I wanted to post here to try to make myself do something I've been putting off because I'm anxious. I want to go back to doing Body Pump 2x/week, and cardio 3x/week. Right now I am just doing the cardio.
I am excited; I am 2 weight lifting workouts short of my goal for the month; I will totally get there! AND I have already surpassed my higest walking goal for the month! I wanted to walk 16-20 times this month, I have walked 21 times and we still have 5 days left.
How are you guys doing? I hope everyone is ROCKING this challenge!
