Way to go, aniela26! Pink Hurricane - I am SO impressed that you are doing Insanity workouts! I tried P90X, and got seriously burned out. I've heard that Insanity is even harder. :/
Speaking of "insanity," my body is insane! My husband and I stress ate our way to the beach-altar all of last week, and now this week, we are having a hard time snapping out of it.

Just a quick check-in. So far I've exercised 915 minutes out of my 1400 minute goal. I'm pretty much right on track to make my exercise goal! Weight loss, on the other hand, has slowed down dramatically. I'm feeling and looking stronger, so I'm not complaining! As long as I'm getting healthier, I'll let the weight come off when it's ready.
