  • Happy April, everyone! My Birthday is April 30th, I want to end this month with a blast!

    Last month I joined in late, and I was trying to walk my dogs 4 mornings a week, or walk on my treadmill, this month I am going to try things alittle differently.

    My Goal this month is going to be very similiar to @Katie
    Walk my dogs atleast 3x a week, (weekends included)
    Complete atleast 100miles on treadmill/walking/biking/whatever, etc.
    and do some kind of work out atleast 4 days of the week, either before or after work.


    My plan is to try to walk in the morning atleast 4 days a week and still go to the gym like I usually do atleast 2 to 3x a week, too. I always do something after work, whether it's walking the dogs, or on my treadmill, or the gym.

    Bring it on April!

  • Goal switch up
    I'm amending my goal to allow for some flexibility but still maintain my goal of increasing my running mileage. With that stated, my new goal is 1300 minutes that includes 10 runs.

    Hello Ladies, I am new to this site and I would LOVE to join the April Exercise Challenge. I have two small boys and I need to keep up with them. Any suggestions for a newbie trying to get in the game?? I am currently 166lbs and am 5 feet tall.

    Just joining today. I am charged up and ready to get FiT
    My goal is to continue Crossfit 3times a week, (started in feb). Also want to add 2 days of cardio, walk/treadmill.
    We can all do it! We have not blown any days of April
  • I haven't been here in quite a while. Life, work, etc got in the way but now I'm back and trying to really recommit myself. My goal this month is 750 minutes of exercise.

  • I'm new to this community but I'm definitely in for the challenge! I'll do 60 miles RUN (including my 8k) and workout at least 4 days a week if not more!

  • Hi everyone I would like to join. I've joined the weight loss thread and I would like to join this one too in order to be able toreach my 8lbs I challenged myself to loose. I would like to exercise for a total of 750 minutes. I really home I can reach more but for this being my first time I challenge myself to 750 minutes.

    Natalia - I really enjoyed exercise videos as a way to build my stamina and exercise routine. My very favorite ones feature Michelle Dozois (cardio with strength training): her "Your Body Breakthru" series is awesome, and "Shape Bikini Body Redefining Workout". The Shape one is easier to start with, but still works you hard. I lost about fifteen pounds just doing that workout 4x / week. Walking is also effective!
