you know what is scary i am already trying to think of my goals for the next part of this challenge. i cannot believe that we are already to September. i am ashamed to admit that i am UP to 190 once again. but on the other hand i know why i ended up that high. I WAS LAZY. so anyway i hope everyone is doing what the need to be doing and stay OP. good luck everyone.
So I've been OP for the last couple of days, my WI was really good Sunday! I did have a soda this weekend so I'm starting my 21 day challenge over again. Day 2 is done! I hope you all have a great Monday!
How is everyone coming on the 10 days? Saturday and Sunday were a loss - I did exercise at least 30 minutes each day, but I ate SO MUCH junk. I had a nicely on-plan day yesterday (1500 calories, 20 minute run, 40 minutes strength training) so I'm up to 3 days now! I put a ticker for it in my signature to remind me.
Last weekend we had friends visiting, and this weekend my SIL and her husband want to come down. I'm going to have to do a lot better than last weekend.
My weigh in weight was from Saturday (132.0), and I was up 2.4 pounds on Monday (134.4), but today I'm 133.4 and I still feel a little bloated so I might drop back down over the next few days.
It's so hard to eat right when you have guests. Last time I visited back home, I noticed how much me and my BFF gorged ourselves on fast food and junk. I told her, next time I visit, we're only going to eat out ONCE and we're going to go walking in the park!
hi everyone well i had a good day today 2 things happened that i feel like i need to share 1) the bait pile (you know that pile of candy that is at work for anyone to help themselves too?) well i only had 3 rollos from it today so tat is a good thing. and 2) i actually exercised and did not feel like i had to force myself to do it. no i hope this is a step in the right direction to getting to my goal.

I've been on plan every day except Sunday. Been getting plenty of exercise in, all my water, and calories have been great. I have started the strength training as well.

hi everyone today went pretty good i think the only time i had eating issues (ate too much) was dinner. Papa Murphy's pizza. i did get my exercising in once again that is what i am really focusing on for this month. is it strange to like the feeling of slightly sore muscles from exercising? because i like that feeling it makes me feel like i am taking charge of the situation and not lettingi it get the better of me and run my life.
hi everyone just a quick stop by to say that me weekend so far has been ok. i did good until dinner yesterday when we had typical picnic foods i will leave it at that. then i made a candy apple pie for tonight at the in-laws. we are headed there to help make fire wood for the winter. so again until dinner i think i will do fine. unless there are monster cookies which there usually are lately i end up eating half now and the other half later or sharing it out right with Travis or Kayden. well i hope every one else is doing good so far.
well, i missed the boat a little with my goal... I am 253.3 today, about 2.3 away from my goal. On the upside, I lost 8 lbs that I might not have otherwise, and I feel pretty good about it.
an update on yesterday.... only half a monster cookie and i left the rest of the pie up there so if i want another piece i will have to make it first which actually doesn't sound that bad hhhmmm. because by the time it is done am i going to want it anyway.

I have had a rough few months.. which is no excuse.. but i stopped coming here and literally sat on my butt and ' ate the pain away' since march..... i have gained back 50 pounds since march and wow... i think i needed o type that out on here to fully realize it..... anyway.. i am back and dont plan on going anywhere again.
today is a new day! and let me just say im so glad for everyone who have been kickingbutt all year.. you are all such inspirations to me!!
