Hi Everyone. This is my first post on 3fc for a loooong time. I was on here lots last year, managed to lose a lot of weight got really fit, and now I am putting it back on and feeling very unhealthy.

Well I didn't weigh-in this morning. I couldn't take the possible pain. I went to a pizza buffet yesterday at my kids' insistence. I was more restrained than normal (when I wasn't watching my food), but still it can't be good. I worked out twice afterward...you know, guilt workouts. Anyway, I'll post the results tomorrow.

When I reach this goal I will reward myself with a tanning package from work. With my discount it won't be very expensive and I can work on a fab tan to go with my fab bathing suit to go with my fab new body!!!

This morning I decided to weigh in

SW: 180
GW: 175
CW: 179 I am pumped because I was clothed, TOM, and bloated
It sucks though because my scale starts at 10 instead of zero ( but it reads accuratly, just doesn't start on 0 for some reason) so it shows 189 and I have to subtract 10...
