Being honest with myself and you all... I have been bad and just could NOT get my act together... But I have made it thru 1 day and I feel good and dropped a lot of water. Having a personal challenge with my walking partner is changing things up alittle and I have a feeling I needed a different scene/task (Better than changing eating plans!). This has helped me focus.
HMMMMM What do you all do, when you are just tired of the same way of living/eating/working out etc and lose interest after time (Months, days or years)? What do you change to keep your mind interested? Just wondering your tricks
