  • I'm at a whole new level of frustration. Ever since my big loss 2 weeks ago I'm up and down. Yesterday I hit my lowest yet and thought I finally broke through it and then today I'm up .8 lbs. :/ It still leaves me with a .2 lb loss for the week. Hope you guys are faring better than I am!

  • Happy Friday!! Long week on the road and another long week ahead - leave Sunday for a week long meeting!! Goal is meat and veggies and hopefully there at eggs at breakfast. I plan to be in the 170s for Valentines day!! Anything under 180 works for me!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!

    I am hoping to see the 170's...I prayed all week and it stuck at 180...I did see the 170's in 2006 I even saw 169 that year down from 220 and then I climbed back up to 213 in 2010..
    Age is against me big time...(73 in May)

  • You guys are all doing great! jess I am having the same problem! for me it is caused reworking exercise in. I will see a new low, exercise, gain water weight from the sore muscles, it will start falling off and it is time to exercise again! Yesterday, for example I was 251.2 but I exercised the night before, the soreness set in and I retained water I drank yesterday and today I am .8 up! Boo, oh well, that is why I weigh in daily cause if I only weighed in once a week I would be so discouraged at the small loss tracked.

  • Hey everyone! I've made my way back to this board and back to Atkins and would like to join in on this challenge if I may. I'll weigh tomorrow morning for my starting weight. I have about 100 pounds to lose I would love to lose 20 pounds by Valentine's Day
