Anything is better than nothing, in my opinion When I first started out, I was walking in place 5-15 mins a day is all but I built from there. Though I am no exercise guru, I try to get in a little something most days

08/21 Sat: 15 minutes- wow am I needing to do this,
08/22 Sun: 20 min slow saunter. (think, the tortoise)
08/23 Mon: 15 minutes, I will do better tomorrow.
08/24 Tues: 15 more minutes, slow and steady is better than not at all.
08/25 Wed: 15 minutes and a short boat trip.Walking down and up the ramp, thru the marina to the boat, one hour standing in the cabin, another hour on deck.
I did'nt write them down, but I did em. gotta keep on.

Bunti Have you tried Leslie Sansone dvd's? They are what I started on and I was use to no excercise and a bad back. They are $10 at walmart. Worth a try. She does them in one mile things so you can choose what you want to do. They last about 15 minutes a mile.
