Monique - I'm glad you're enjoying your new MJ workout. My cousin brought hers here last week and I just did it for a few mins with her and it is a workout! Yep I can't believe March is here. I sure hope I lose more pounds next month than this past month. I'm just ready to have a big woosh on the scale.
Emme - I hope you've had a great weekend too.
I've had a very nice weekend. I went to an anniversary party last night and I did very good. I only ate some grilled chicken, green beans, cherry tomatoes, a couple mini sandwiches and a small glass of red wine. I stayed on the dance floor too. This afternoon, I did a 5 mile walk at Stone Mountain. The weather was absolutely gorgeous; it was 80 degrees. What a nice treat on a February day.

B: oatmeal with 1 tbsp walnuts, banana, 1/2 C skim milk, coffee w/flavored creamer
S: orange, 10 almonds, 1 WW cookie
L: 1 C whole grain pasta, Classico roasted red pepper sauce w/extra veggies & chicken breast added. 2 Little Debbie 100 Cal snack cakes
D: Progresso reduced sodium chicken gumbo soup, 1 bagel thin with laughing cow cheese, cup hot green tea.
Exercise: Walked 5 miles
