Hi everyone,

so AnnLeslie, I had no hunger at all the first two days... but today was a beast... I was hungry all day... I follwed the diet to a T until my BF decided he wanted a sandwich at 9:00 PM... and of course he brought me one... and I ate it... It was good... but now i feel sick... not sure why I want to throw up so bad... but, hey, i guess if it happens it will take some of my cheating away Ready for Day 4. So far, I have lost 4 pounds... I am back in the 220's! YEAH
