*I will love the day that its not a chore to get out of bed.
*I can go out in public and not be scared to death of what people are thinking about me.
*I can get up off of my couch without twisting and turning to figure out how to
get up.
*I don't leave sweat marks on the chairs
*My butt doesn't get suctioned into the chairs at work.
*I can stop putting deodorant underneath my ta-tas
*I can tie my shoes without holding my breath.

This is a list I made of "Things That Are Easier" when I had lost 74 pounds.

1. My seat belt is easier to buckle and I have extra belt instead of it being tight.
2. My lap has more room for my grandkids.
3. I am able to clip my own toenails for the first time in years.
4. Foot care in general is being rediscovered. Callouses be gone!
5. I can walk now for exercise. I even bought real shoes and socks for the first time in years.
6. My glasses don't squeeze my face above my ears. No more perma-dents in my head.
7. My fingers and feet don't feel like bloated hams anymore.
8. A bra I bought a few years ago that was too small is now too large.
9. I can scratch my back without the aid of hairbrushes, wall corners or any reachable item that may work.
10. I don't snore anymore.
11. I can sleep in my bed without pain for the whole night.
12. My lower back pain is almost gone.
13. I can spend the day in Missoula shopping all day and not be dead for two days afterward.
14. Sex. It's better.
15. I can do housework easier.
16. I smile more.
17. Did I mention I smile more?

I can also relate to toni..I cant wait to have my batwings go away...its going to take alot of hard work to rid my body of that extra flap. I also cant wait to not have my inner thighs flab when i jog.It actually makes a flapping sound!!

Powder under ta-tas. I don't have to do that anymore!
And I don't snore anymore!
And I can walk up a flight of stairs without HAULING myself up!
I fit in booths in restaurants, and seatbelts in cars fit.
Daily body cleansing is easier.
Moving in bed is easier.
I can shovel the snow outside -- it's now a good workout as opposed to an almost impossible task.

This is the funniest thing I've read in months!! It's hysterical how I bet many of us thought we were the only person on the planet experiencing these things and as I sit here and read these posts I realize, holy cow, I'm not alone.

Lol.. I guess I just always figured if they were having sex with me, they're obviously attracted enough to me.... lol What were they expecting? A 300 lbs girl with no rolls or stretch marks?!

good for you about waiting! that's super commendable! Besides it means more then just having meaning less one nights stands! icky!

it's so funny how weighing less does make a difference though I've lost 17 and a half pounds and my husband has lost 20 so between us that's almost 40 lbs! and already there's a huge difference in that area! it's been so great the last few weeks!

I also agree that When I'm smaller I smile a lot more too- I'm more photogenic- don't get me wrong I'm a knock now but I'll be a 10 when I'm skinny..LOL- quit honestly In a way I'll slightly miss being plus sized in a way- it's kinda part of my identity I feel Like I've been that exception to the rule... before I was married- I dated A LOT! I'd like to think of myself as an ex pimp...LOL j/k.. but I was always that girl who heard " man I don't normally like bigger girls, but there's just something so special about you"

I kinda liked being that exception to the rule- the fact that I was plus sized and still beautiful! ok I think I got off subject some how! LOL
I still wont do it with the lights on but one day! HAHAHA!!!

I know what you mean...... Being fat has been part of my life since I was six.... It's who I am... or was... I don't know. I am a pretty girl and I know it, and I'm used to hearing it from my friends and whatnot... I just don't know what it's going to be like being thin, and that's scary!

OMG, I can relate to every single thing posted here.

Here’s something that you ladies might find useful….

http://www.extend-its.com/

TOTALLY worth the investment.

I look forward to not panicking when going out for lunch w/ coworkers. Whenever we go out I have to find out what restaurant we are going to & call ahead to make sure they have tables available. Then I have to make sure to go into the place 1st so I can request a table so I don’t have to try & squeeze into a booth.

Although, I think my boss has gotten the picture b/c she requested a table for us last time.

Being able to sit in a camping chair w/out worrying it will break. Here’s a story for ya…….I bought a camping cot a couple of years ago b/c I had just had knee surgery & couldn’t get up off of the ground. In the middle of the night the cot collapsed w/ me on it. I just screamed & started to cry. My friends had to come into my tent & help me up. It was mortifying.

ACE! That michelan man is too much. Made me crack up!!!! Thanks for that. My DF thinks I’m losing my mind I’m laughing so loud in here.

Oh yes, I am totally over the plus size clothing lines. I refuse to buy any more clothing from stupid online catalogs.
