sorry for the late weigh in, have been really poorly (again!! just can't seem to shake this awful cold, it's here for a week then gone for a week. so infuriating!)
anyway,
186 / 0 / 186 - I'm happy with this as I've been feeling rotten and not paying too much attention to my cals (and little or no exercise)!
Just a note, I'm on holiday now until 1 Feb
, so won't weigh in for the next two weeks. Let's see how I do! It's a snowboarding holiday, so the exercise could bode well, but it's a big group holiday in the US, and I hear the food is so goooood, that could be my undoing... Ah well, I'm planning to kick it back into touch after the holiday, and I've worked really hard for this break so I'm not going to be worrying about beating myself up while I'm away. But I am going to try to make sensible choices, and I've volunteered to be the designated driver which will help with the booze intake!
Really hoping to shake this cold before I fly on Saturday though, as I have horrible blocked ears and that is going to HURT in the pressurised cabin!!
