YAY!
I lost 2 more pounds this week--went from 207 to 205. Onederland is SO close! I want to be there (199 or below) by our 1st anniversary weekend (Oct. 10-12). I know I can!

What you said meant a lot to me. This coming week is going to be awesome for you--you're going to workout regularly and eat in a balanced way. Just "not quitting" is more than half the battle!
Let's both get our butts in gear and reach Onederland in the next week or two!

OK! It's a deal we will be in Onederland in a week or two. This week is already planned exercise wise, so hopefully it will go much smoother. I am really excited to get back to aerobics classes- I work so much harder with a group, so this week it's kickboxing and step! Also, I think I am going to try and prepare some easy food stuff this weekend so it will be ready throughout the week, I already washed all of the fruits and veggies I just bought. It's amazing how much easier it is to grab something healthy that you don't have to prep. But, really Jen your doing great, keep it up!
