  • Okay I just noticed that this group doesn't have a weigh day. How about having a Friday weigh-in day? If anyone wants to join in just go ahead and post. You can just edit your entry with your new weight every week.

    August 8th - 166

    August 15th - 168 I know its because of the really salty food I ate last night but gosh not a great start to my weekend.

    August 22nd - Didn't weigh this week

    August 29th -165.2

    September 5th - 166.0

  • Ok i will join in too...been waiting for a good excuse to peek at the scales!!
    My first weigh in was done this morning so this week it will be a saturday but will do it on a friday from now on

    August 9th~212lbs (a loss of 4lbs!)

    August 15th - 210lbs!

    August 22nd - no weigh on off track

    August 29th - No weigh in...off track

    September 5th - 210lbs again but at least i dident gain!!

    4 more pounds gone! I've been fighting 196 for about 9 days so it was great to see. Kind of buckled down yesterday and reworked my plan a bit, more carbs earlier in the day and more spread out, not lumped into one meal, ate supper earlier, cut sodium levels and started exercising every other day (swear word, swear word) actually it wasn't so bad as I actually am managing to do it in the mornings before work. But whatever worked my body finally listened to me screaming at it! Hope everyone's weight in went well.

    nothing lost, nothing gained...but I did lose another inch or so off my hips and feel fabulous. I am working out with weights so the scale has become obsolete. I hope to see the numbers turn soon though.

  • Great job everyone! I'm the only one who gained Keep up the good work ladies. I'm expecting to see a loss next week though. I'm pumped up and ready to go

    Tory - You are correct. Editing doesn't bring it up to the top. It won't say theres a new entry. I always post my comments on the bottom in a new entry after I edit the original weigh in so it will show that someone has posted something in the thread.
