Angry Couldn't be happier!

I weighed in this morning, to find I've lost 3 more pounds! I'm so excited!!! I'm now at 207, and the ever-elusive "Onederland" is SO close I can practically taste it! I'm actually kind of surprised I'm still losing so quickly, even after doing this for over 2 months....guess I still have quite a bit to lose, though. I AM eating when hungry, and being healthy, so I personally attribute it to God's blessing upon my efforts. I believe He's prospering what I am working hard at doing!
The rest of ya'll are doing GREAT! Keep up the hard work--we are doing this!!!

Wow, everyone who posted lost some this week. September and we're all back in the saddle. Congrats to all of us, I think this is the first time it happened.

Jess, I think the weekly weigh in thread is a great idea, I know I for one am getting a bit confused as Monday is weigh day in Low Carb world. How about we start a new weekly thread every monday and everyone report in during the week with their numbers?

That's a good idea, Tummy. Since not everyone weighs in on Friday, it'd be more aptly named a "Weekly Weigh-In" thread. I weigh on Saturdays, so I'll just add mine later in the week. Makes sense to me!

OK,OK... I know Tuesday is my weigh day, but I was curious and hopped on the scale quickly this morning. I'm proud to report that another 2.5 pounds is GONE!!!

Yipppeeeee!!!!!!

9/19/2003 - 171.5

I might just make my September goal to make it out of the 170s!

Well, I thought I'd been horrible this week -- terrible eating and limited exercise, but somehow I managed to lose a pound! Maybe I'm too hard on myself...

Okay so starting Sunday this thread will be changed to "Weekly Weigh-In." Every week we will start a new thread with that week's weigh-in (great suggestion Tummy). That way you can post on whatever day you want to.

So here's my Friday weigh-in:

Sept 5 - 166.0

Sept. 12- 165.4

Sept. 19 -165.8 I think its the sodium level in my body at the moment. Oh well its not that big of a gain. Next week will be better

Mocha... GREAT idea! I understand about sodium! It's crazy how one's body reacts to certain things!

Lynnie... thanks for the encouragement. Actually thanks to everyone! This place is doing wonders for my will power and it has been motivating me! PMS... ick. I don't think I'd get on the scale, either! All that water!

jdogg... GREAT job! It is such a pleasant suprise when you are not expecting to lose and you actually do!
