I couldn't find the 180's page, but it's OK because today I weight 179!!! yay 9 more pounds to go and then I will have lost 100lbs, how cool is that?
I had an extremely bad week last week. I ate around 1800 calories everyday( I normally try to eat 1200-1500 and I still lost a pound! This week is back on plan and hopefully back to the target of losing 2lbs a week :-)
I currently weigh 170. I want to get it off again! I got down to 130 a couple months ago and stayed there, but then when my health got worse i put on 27 lbs in 3 days and then the following week i put the other 13 back on and im kinda stuck.
Anyways, im happy I found this site (the wonders of websurfing out of boredom, lol) I have almost lost faith in myself. *hugs* to you all and nice meeting you all!
I started at 186 and dropped those first 7 lbs. SO FAST, but now I feel like I'm never going to get out of the 170s! After spending 5 of 7 days last week right around 172, two days ago I jumped back up to 174.6! Soooo frustrating.
wooo....can't wait till i get out of the 170's i'm probabyly at 179 right now cause i ate sooo much over the weekend...but i am getting back on track this week to hopefuly see a number lower than 179 by the end of the weekend goodluck to everyone who is also trying to get out of the 170's!heres some magic to get us going
Ugh, I went back up this week to 178. I was 176 last Wednesday, but then I got sick and ate whatever was around instead of making sure to eat healthy. Now TOM is here, adding in some more water weight. Hopefully it goes down by the end of the week. I've been in the 170s for wayyyy too long.
174.6 today, which I'm super happy about, since now I'm in the bottom half of the 170's I feel like it's only a matter of time until I'm out of the 170's and into the 160's!
Hey ladies!! Haven't posted on this site in a long time. Finally made it out of the 180's but I seem to get stuck in the middle everytime. 174 today. Been working do hard to get away from it!!
