No drugs yet I am hopeful for some though. I have another ECG tomorrow I don't think my doc trusts the ambulance people. I feel much better, just tired and pale.

Veggie Take care of yersel' lass.

Well I ate the house yesterday.

I did run 2miles without too much of a sore knee, it's a bit achey but not youchy. Which reminds me, I need to put my ice pack in the freezer. I also taught the littlies, which was quite a good class really but they were going mental while sparring so I made them do something else.

Today is going well though - scrambly eggs for brekky

I had a good rest last night and ran 4.5 miles this morning. Strangely I was more sore when I was walking to cool down than when I was running, running and walking must use slightly different muscles and it's the walking ones that hurt! I was only intending to do 15 minutes, but I did that and felt strong so carried on for longer.

Just realised this is the April thread, and it's MAAAAYYY now. My birthday month and marathon month
