221.4 today. Feels good. It's been a super busy 3-day weekend - can't believe it's almost over. I stayed in bed until 11 and am really having trouble getting moving today.

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Rennie - yeah, the coffee is still a bit oily. Especially if you drink it slowly because it starts to separate. A lot of people use more coconut oil than I do (and some do a tablespoon of coconut oil AND a tablespoon of butter - that's too much).

LGW, I am up 2.4 in addition to the 1.8 already needed to drop. Lots of fast food the last two days thanks to work, BIG SIGH. Sorry about the swelling, and I like the idea of a dessert card. I need to use snack cards with pictures and a slash through them

Kris ... I heard using the grass fed butter does the same thing for you as the coconut oil. I have tried both.

weight up 2.4 this morning, it is what it is, good night all

Ended last week with almost a 4 lb loss! I'm not sure how this week will turn out. Hopefully well. I recently got a tape measure, though. Now I don't have to depend on the scale as much, yay!

03: 207.8 (TOM)

With house guests and a busy holiday weekend, I haven't logged on since last week. Back to it!

I'm pleased: I didn't track food this weekend, but I DID try to make smart choices and not overeat. I moved up and down the scale just a tiny bit, but it doesn't bother me. July goal is still to get to the 220s (even if it's 229.9!)

01: 235.6
02: 234.8
03: 235.6

Hi everyone

No weigh in for me today, as I'm still out in beautiful Montreal. Flying back later tonight, so I will weigh in tomorrow and figure out how much damage I did. Most of my eating has been okay and portioned, but I'm a sucker for French croissants. Will be eating dinner at the airport as well. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow.

Hope all of our American friends had a wonderful holiday.

Hi all! Happy Monday (oxymoron I suppose) -

Ate very well yesterday - still bounced up a bit. Made some new grilled veggie recipe I saw online - I think eating too late (9pm) and then only getting 4 hours of sleep contributed to the bounce up.

Off topic, found a new healthy snack option for those that enjoy crunchy chip-type products. Called Plentils Snack bag is like 100 cals. Flavors are yummy too!

Kukkie84 I'm from the Montréal area. What perfect sunny Summer days we've just had, hope you had a nice time.

Congratulations wundertales on being 4 pounds down.

So started the week yesterday with another great workout before going to work. I never used to work out on days that I worked, so it's an improvement. But no workout today, as I got called in at work very early. So all I had time to do was walk the dog, eat a bowl of cereal and rush out the door. There will be no working out tomorrow either, as I will be working from 7am to 10pm, but at least my meals are prepared and I'll be ok.

2: 237.8
3: 236.6

Seems my last weigh in was on the 3rd, and I'm happy to say that I essentially maintained through my trip. Weighed in this morning at 205.4. Yay me!

Just a .4 pound loss this morning, but happy to have it moving down a little. After the long weekend, it felt good to get in all my steps and stay under my calorie goal for the day yesterday.

wundertales good job on the almost 4lbs, and yay for tape measures, keep up the great work

Curvy, good job for the week

Rachel you maintained, better than a gain, Go You

Kukkie yay for maintenance

Alicia, I think that's my issue, since I have to go to bed so early, I eat and shortly there after I go to bed, with 4-6 hours of supposed to be rest/sleep and the scale is up. smh. I'm gonna try the Plentils. I've been looking for gluten free snacks, trying to see if that is my issue. I'll admit, most that I have tried have an acquired taste.

Martine, good job on the food prep

winning15, and to the thread. I'm sure your training will definitely kick start your progress nicely

LGW, I'm up 4.9lbs from Friday ... I truly didn't expect it, but ok.

Scale still climbing ... on my way to bed, good night all

Martine & Rennie- Thanks guys!

Kukkie- Yay you :-D Nice job.

rachel- I have to agree with rennie. It's definitely better than gaining. Staying within your calorie and step goals is a definite win for the weekend
