HOPE YOU ARE ALL ENJOYING THE WEEKEND ALREADY!!
I WILL BE FAXING A COPY OF MY DIET PLAN TO A NURSE FRIEND OF MINE. SHE IS GOING TO SHOW THE DR AND SEE WHAT HE THINKS. I'LL SEND A SAMPLE MENU OF SORTS. MY CLOTHES DO NOT FEEL ANY LOOSER. SO I WON'T EXPECT A MIRACLE WHEN I WEIGH-IN NEXT MONTH
WHILE I AM READING THIS BOOK, I AM TRYING TO PUT INTO PERSPECTIVE MY CHANCES FOR ANY LOSS AT ALL. MOST DRS FEEL THAT I HAVE LOST AS MUCH AS I CAN IN MY SITUATION. THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW. BUT THE BOB GREENE BOOK IS HELPING WITH GETTING "HABITS" AND REMINDING ME THIS IS A LIFETIME THING. I CANNOT GO BACK TO FAST FOOD, SODA AND BAKERY STUFF!!
