Post low point snacks

"Skinny Cow" ice cream sandwiches are (2) pts per serving.
Regular size rice cakes chocolate flavor are (1) pt per cake.
-These snacks are good for a chocolate craving.

I recently discovered Mrs. Freshley's Snack Away peanut butter wafer cookies (1pt for 1), and Oatmeal Yogurt Filled Cookie sandwich (1) and Chocolate Cupcakes (2). Delicious!

Thanks so much for these 'helpers' I find it hard to drag out my book and calculator to figure everything out. Now I have taken these printed out and on my pc (along with my food journal) and have a list of my own favorites!

I have been eating a lot of Smart Pop Cheddar Popcorn 100 cal packs, they are larger then some of the other 100 cal packs and are very delicious. As an added note, I noticed that the regular snack bags are the same size as the 100 cal packs, they are just cheaper. I have been picking up the bag of 12 snack size bags for 4.99 instead of a box of 100 cal packs. If I am in the mood for something sweet I love a bowl of Special K Red Berry, either dry or with milk.
