Don't give up on your weight loss. It will come off. You just have to keep with it. Try doing a little something each day. Drink an extra large glass of water each day----take the stairs instead of the elevator--do some knee bends while standing in front of the kitchen sink. I do squats while brushing my teeth.
Y'all come on over to my house!!!!!
Our company left last night around 9:30 p.m. to make their 2 hr. drive home. We had a blast all day.
Now, I have a super clean house just waiting for more company.
I
am bushed today. I plan on getting my spot on the sofa and not moving!!!!!
