Just posted and lost the darn thing!!!!!

Hello to you all

Too many good and bad things happening around here to really fill you in. I don't know wether I'm coming or going anymore. I'm back up to 200 Lbs !!!!!! after getting down to 178 from 217. Part of it was the new meds they gave me and part of it was my ignorance and not staying OP. I'm a total MESS !!!!!!!! This time it's MY TURN to vent. K?

I just can't get my sh** together. I feel like a looser and poor, poor me.....AAAHHHHH POOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so sick of feeling sick that I'm not going to let myself feel SICK ANYMORE!!!!!! How's that??!!!! I mean it, for Pete's sakes!!!! I've been a WW for a zillion years now and it's about time I stuck to it and got this fat off my a**!!!!!!!!! I don't look or feel good and it's bad enough that the rest of my life is in turmoil without having to worry about my health. Geeez, most people DON'T eat when they have too much going on in their lives, I'm with you Brenda...I eat when I'm happy, sad, tired, giddy......whatever. Soooo, this will be the last post for me until the day after tomorrow...which is HUMP DAY....meaning Wednesday.....the middle of the week. Then I'll let ya'll know wether I'm a woman of my word or not.
I hope you're all doing well and Freddie....hang in there. You're a strong Lady and you'll pull through this mess with flying colors....let's just say that's my gutt feeling and having your son there to be with you is a blessing, I'm sure.
Take care all and I'll "see" you soon.
Hugs.

Hello again
What? You all look so surprised!!!! Hmmmm, must be that I'm back within 24 hours.
I know, I've been a baaaad, baaaad owl. But here I am, and I'll keep checking in when time allows. I'm not doing bad today at all. I DO need to suck down about 3 glasses of water right now though and then out the door again.

Thought I'd show off my son a little....here's a picture of him at hockey last night. He's 7 years old (March). This was taken towards the end of the game and he was really losing his pep. Although you'd never know it. He's very good at sports and it really helps with his A.D.H.D. Only thing is, I have to have him eat on the way home or he'll fall asleep in the car or pass out on the couch as soon as we get home. Last night he had a hotdog from the concession stand (literally woofed it down in 2 minutes) and then had some skittles and air heads. I thought he'd be bouncing off the walls...but nope.....just had him brush his teeth and off to bed he went. Now if I could just get EVERY day and evening to go that smoothly.......

PJ...airheads????????????????? I do not know how you can even try to lose on the medications...most of them increase your appetite....that is a fact! Good to see you back..I worry about you when you do not post!

We went to the potluck and it was in the gargage and they had heaters on so it was nice. These gals had not seen me since I lost weight and could not get over how "thin" (their words) I was. Nice to hear but I am so afraid of putting it back on if I have to start any new meds!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not snack at the potluck and ate a spoon full of everything there including dessert so not sure how many points I used but had banked ones then ate light all week too.

Dh came home sick today..throwing up and fever and aching..I better not get it.........................Yuck

hello all! so how was everyone's halloween? I do have to say that I ate nothing but crap! The only thing healthy I ate was my little salad at lunch and then at dinner I ate some baked chicken strips with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. And we ate in between handing out candy to the trick or treaters. We bought alot of candy this year, more than last cause we wanted to be prepared. Last year we ran out and got some more. But it was getting down to the last minute when all the trick or treating would end. We had one more family come up to our door and we let them have all the of the rest of the candy! it was ALOT too. I had one of those big round tupperware bowls filled and it was pretty much filled to the rim too. Those kids lucked out!

so I was over points yesterday, no surprise, but kept my water going. I've been able to drink my gallon a day. Who knows, maybe it's just in my mind, but I really do think the gallon of water does work and help you lose more! I'm gonna have to keep track on how much I lose in a month from drinking the water.

I'm glad to see some familiar faces back on the thread. we've missed you. I've started to think you've flocked to another site.

PJ: it's a bummer that you gained some back, but you can take it off.....i have faith in you. You'll shed the pounds off Your son looks good playing out there! How long has he been playing?

Well, I have the day off. thought'd I'd go to a new store and check out their clothing. I need to get one or two new pairs of jeans or pants that kinda fit me right. All of my pants are hanging off my a**!

I was also thinking of getting my haircut too...we'll see. I like to buy those hairstyle magazines and pick a do out and show it the stylist and whala....i look like the girl in the magazine

Alright girls, I'm heading out...hope you all have a great day OP and try to stay away from the extra halloween candy:P

OK OK OK OK! I went to the store and I got two pair of pants...I tried on a pair of jeans and a pair of slacks. the pair of jeans were size 18's! can you believe it?!? I was in size 24's losely then 22's and now i'm in 18's. I dont remember being in them. Then I tried on Tommy Hillfiger pants...TOMMY HILLFIGER..I would never in my dreams think I'd fit into a pair of those and you know what size they were? 16's! I was so excited when I tried them on. So now I have two pairs of pants that fit me right and the rest still hang on me. I have plans though of going to NJ for Thanksgiving and raiding my sisters closet. she was in 16's and then gained all her weight back that she had lost! But how exciting is that. I"m eating salad tonite for dinner since I had a BIG lunch! That's ok. I'll load it up with fake bacon bits never got my hair cut. I have to look more closely at the hair styles in the magazine to pick from.

oh well...alright, i'm gonna head out...time to eat and maybe watch a movie. take care everyone!

Love
erica

Well Hello Ladies!!!! You are looking at, well not quite, 6lb less deadfish! 6 pounds is alot and better believe it that I stepped on that scale a dozen times. The first couple of times it said 198 but then it said 195 2 out of 3 times so I went ahead and agreed with that number. WAHOOOOOOOOOO I'm so excited! Not to mention the whole shopping experience yesterday

Time to start the day! Hope everyone has a good weekend and OP...

Hi all,

I have been busy moving the past few days. DD and I are trading houses, 120 feet apart, and things are a mess. But I am so much happier here. She and her hubby are going to fix up the old place.

There is still so much to do, so I gotta run, but wanted to say hi...

Punky: What part of Virginia will you be in around Thanksgiving time? I am 40 miles north of Virginia Beach, 5 miles north of the northern end of Norfolk. I am in the local Peninsula phone book. There is no toll charge for me to phone Va. Beach or Norfolk, but there is a toll charge for me to phone (or you to phone) from Chesapeake. I am 30 miles southeast of Williamsburg. I don't drive at night anymore. I was wondering where your daughter lives.

Just flurries here and I got some yard work done but I accidently dug up some perenials when getting rid of some stuff. I replanted them but do any of you know if it too late for them to survive ?

Eating is going well....all this cleaning and yard work must be burning some calories!

My son was here to finish the mowing and brought his girlfriend to help. We did some yard work too and my hips are paying for it but just a tiny bit left for me to do..what a relief to close the yard for the winter! I had thrown some chops in the crockpot with some saurkraut and lite polish sausage so they stayed for supper, did some mashed taters and broccoli and cauliflower with a salad.

The night owls must be getting older. They don't write as much as they use to. I know that I don't get on the web site as much as I did 4 years ago.

Love to all,
Freddie
