Good morning all - major fog driving in this morning. I lost 1.2 last night at my meeting, so that was great - I wasn't sure what to expect.

(Talk about a high-carb breakfast - I woke up famished- it always seems that way when you overeat the night before)
Snacks:
pc light bread w/1 tsp peanut butter 1/8

Lunch:
cream of wheat 2/12
2 pc diet bread 1/13
1 tblsp peanut butter 2/15
1 small 3 oz banana 1/16
snacks:
1 cup honecomb 2/18
1 cup grapes 1/19
Dinner:
Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla 1/20
1/2 cup refried beans 1/21
lettuce, tomato 0/21
2 tblsp light sour cream 1/22
1 nectarine 1/23

We live parallel lives...
KT - please note we are in sync with our sandwich meats
Neon - I also woke up starving and had an extra large breakfast...

lunch:
ham and turkey on a half a kaiser bun
w/mustard, tomato and lettuce 4/13
grapes 1/14
bagel chips 3/17
dinner:
scallop and papaya salad
basil, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar
exercise:hopefully a one hour walk and some toning
vitamin: si,si
water: si,si
