    Seriously, while not all the time, I've got to tell you I'm really happy with what 'this old gal' has done and maintained. I look at pictures of me five years ago when I was overweight and a major couch potato and pictures now... and I know I look and feel way better now.

  • patch I have to agree with you. I'm in much much so much better shape now than I was 5 years ago, 10 years ago, heck in my case 20 years ago! Honest to gosh - I can honestly say that 20 years ago I was in good shape, as I am today...

  • Laurel, I'm right behind you. I'm 43.

    I can't believe it! I was so scared because I ate at the top of my range for much of the week, but I actually lost 1.8 lbs. for a total of 19.8! I am so happy.
