Just teriffic news KT. You go girl!

TJ's is good for Pirates Booty, etc. but I always buy too many yummy things that are not OP .

Hubby, I and my 10 yr old stepson and a friend of his are off tonight to sleep on the sailboat and wake up real early (5:30am) to "sail off" to Catalina. So I probably won't be checking in past lunch today until Sun eve or Mon. I'm keeping all you gals firmly in mind for the trip, and taking my spiral journal with me to keep track.

Morning (4)
3/4 Bagel - 3
cof - 1

Midday (6)
Fish Tacos - 5
apple - 1

Evening (14)
glass of wine - 2
chicken
veggies

Goal for Friday, Saturday, Sunday to keep to 25 points using up banked and trying to be active each day.

Wassamatter, Lala, you don't like Trader Joe's? I love the place. Thank heavens it's not anywhere nearby, but when I do go, I break records.

Their cafe twists are 1 point a piece, very flaky, cinnamony excellent with a little cuppa coffee...and so many other GOOD things.

Laurel darling:
I go to trader joes on a marginally regular basis, but never seem to come out satisfied. I think that is my major problem with it. I like their nuts, dried fruit, vitamins, artichoke hearts, etc, but don't like the frozen section very much and just never come out feeling satisfied.

now: they have great cleaning supplies that is for sure and good catnip toys.

Lala my love - but what about the Joe's wonderful frozen haricot vert and the mushroom medley? the shrimp? the chocolate ganache cake? (did I say that???!!!) My trips to the Joe are infrequent, not like a regular grocery shopping so when I go I get special goodies type of things and am all too satisfied. I do love their dried fruits, esp the dried unsweetened pineapple, and the dried sour cherries. But I don't go there for the basics, it's true...boy, i'd be really skinny if I did since I only go about twice a year...no it's just a semi-annual pilgrimage. catnip toys, eh? hmmm, someone furry is giving me the look...
