Good morning all - major fog driving in this morning. I lost 1.2 last night at my meeting, so that was great - I wasn't sure what to expect.
B: Decaf coffee 0/0 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/3 Natural Ovens bagel 2/5 L: Ham (not turkey!!) sandwich on 2 slices LF bread 2/7 Carrots 0/7 Grape tomatoes 0/7 Watermelon 1/8 Afternoon snack: WW 2 pt bar 2/10 D: 1 cup skim milk 2/12 Steamed veggie 0/12 Chicken breast 4/16 Potatoes 3/19 Snack: FF ice cream 4/23 Water: 90 oz so far Exercise: 2.5 mile walk after work Point Range: 18-25 |

kt way to go! breakfast: crab and asparagus quiche (no crust) 7/7 coffee 1/8 apricots 1/9 lunch: ham and turkey on a half a kaiser bun w/mustard, tomato and lettuce 4/13 grapes 1/14 bagel chips 3/17 dinner: scallop and papaya salad basil, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar exercise:hopefully a one hour walk and some toning vitamin: si,si water: si,si |
