  • Donna I'm sure you're going to have an awesome time. Definitely be prepared, bring some pills, I heard people say the patches work pretty well too. Maybe you won't even need anything, but better to be safe.

    Hang in there Terry, you're going in the right direction and that's what counts. I get discouraged when I don't have a good week, but I know this is for the long run anyway, so I hang in there too!
  • My WI is not until tomorrow, but I peeked and I'm only down 1lb. I know I should be happy with this, but I thought with all the weight I have to loose I would loose faster at the beginnig. I must confess that I have not been eating all my WW points, shouldn't this speed up my losing or is it the opposite??? I need some encouragment, I'm struggling today!!!
  • You have to eat your points! Well that is how it has been explained to me, I always try to use one or two of my flex points everyday, I will admit there are days I don't get to my points, but I try
  • Big M for me. I'm not complaining since I just finished my TOM. Back on the exercise bandwagon (puppy lockdown) and I am really happy about that!

  • Hello all
    been a few days - I have been down with a mirgraine most of the past week.
    I did make it to weigh in today (lost 1.6 lbs) I feel it is due to the migraine and not eating well at least 2 of the days. Since I am on maintenace I can't loose any more (or I will be below my 2 lbs leeway)
    I am still going good on week 3 of maintance (thankfully the dr wrote me a Rx for a higher weight than WW wanted for me)
    We leave for vacation soon and that will be a challenge - southern cooking and eating at Sonic (I love their onion rings!!)
  • I won't be on-line probably from today til19th. I'm going on vacation!! If you have any stray thoughts, send a positive vibe for me to make good food choices and exercise. That's what I'm planning on doing. Though I do plan on enjoying myself too.

  • Finally lost 5lbs. Not sure if I'm on track to make my 15lbs by July 4th. Not giving up though!

    I love this mini goals - it keeps me on track and better to hit these goals than looking at the "big" picture
  • Wowwee! I totally forgot I was in this challenge! I didn't make my Memorial Day goal (lost 8 out of 10) so that makes it a little tougher to make the goal I set at the beginning of May. My losses have slowed from 1.5-2ish per week to 1-1.5. At least they're losses, I know, it will just change the realisticness (nice word, huh?) of my goal. I'm going to keep it set at the 15 pounds/156 but I'll be surprised if I make it. With 4 weigh-ins left, I think I'll be able to get 5-6 more off. If I'm solidly in the 150's by then, I'll be very happy. Realistically, with a 6 pounds loss, I think Ill be looking at about 158 or so.
  • I've lost 12.4 total so far I was hoping for 25 my july 4th it may be less but as long as I loose!
