July Forth Challenge.
Does anyone want to do a July 4 Challenge with me?
I am starting this challenge tomorrow.. I am hoping to lose 20 pounds by then! |
Count me in.... I'd like to be down to 175 but I'll shoot for 180. :)

Well day one of my challenge.
Here is my menu. (suject to change) Breakfast- oatmeal/ herbal tea lunch- chicken taco, salad med. Dinner?? dont know yet. I am VERY hungry so i will go start my day! |

I'm in too. I'll go for 15 lbs too. I go for my weigh-in tomorrow. I've been watching my points and walking. I hope I have at least a two pound loss tomorrow.

hey can i join too... i want to lose my first 10% buy july4th... the would be 24lbs... i have already lost 2....so 22 more to go... i have my second (third counting the sign up weigh in) today... hope fully cross fingers i lose another pound.... but go everybody... :hug: we can do it... small steps and small goals .... i plan to start going to the gym next week... but hard with my schedule... but if i cant make it im telling myself to do a work out dvd at home... good luck everyone and we can do it..:carrot:

Hmmm, 9 weeks you say....? I think I"ll go with 15, as well. If I make my 10 lb. Memorial Day goal, that shouldn't be too hard. I'm starting to get alittle worried that I'll make the MD goal, though. Still, I'll shoot for 15 for July.
