I lost 1 lb this week, I had thought it would be more because I was really good at exercising and maintaining my points. Oh well, I'll take that pound!
I did well at maintaining this week (that is my goal after all to get my life time membership) After I get my lifetime - I am shooting for the WW goal for myself - since I already weigh less than I did when I had my first child - WOW unreal - that was 18 years ago!

Congrats Donna! I know how you feel about wanting more than 1 lb. That was me last week. This week the scale didn't budge at all and I was really good with my points this past week, and I also worked out regularly.
At least it didn't go in the opposite direction, and there's always next week!

He is a cutie. Asleep right now,which makes him cuter. He has two speeds, on and off.
I weigh in tomorrow. I am going to push the water and eat non salty foods today. I see a nice number of the home scale, but you know how you amazingly start to feel your ring tighten when you walk into weigh in.
Well my goal is still on track after WI this morning - plus a eating splurge weekend. I had a brat one day, a hamburger the next and then a "light" hot dog the next - I enjoyed the brat and hot dog the best - but no loss.
My goal is to maintain until July 4 to get my ligetime membership - so I am on track there - once I hit that I am going to loose some more to get my goal!!

I had a Boca burger on 1/2 bun and turkey dog on other 1/2 bun plus some light tortilla chips with salsa for my Memorial day dinner with friends and a sliver of red velvet cake.
I had went out of town, but I got up and walked for an hour both mornings and I walked 4.5 miles this morning. I hope to have a pretty good weight loss this week. Just 12 more days to my cruise!!!! I can hardly wait!!!!

Donna I didn't know you were going on a cruise, that's awesome! Have you ever been on one? I went on a cruise in Feb for the 1st time, it was only a 3 day one and I got so sick, seasick b/c there was a storm one of the days. I had no idea I was going to get so sick. Next time, if there's ever a next time, I'll be prepared. We went to the Bahamas and it was beautiful there.
Good morning all! I lost 2.2 lbs last week!!! Woo-hoo!!!! That was the first time in about 4 weeks that I lost that much!! I've been really stepping up my walking!!! Trying to do at least 4 miles a day.

As far as the cruise, this is the first time. We are going to Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico. I hope I don't get seasick, but I'm going to either take some pills or get the patch. I really don't want to be sick during my vacation!!! After the cruise we are going for 3 days to Panama city!!! Ohh!!! I can hardly wait. Next week this time, I will be driving down to Mobile to get on the ship!!!!

Congrats to all the "losers"! Scale didn't play nice this week , up 0.2 . So far, I seem to be on a roller coaster, down one week, up the next. At least the trend is downward. Slowly downward, but downward nonetheless .
