how is everyone today? I am good. I was way off plan the last 2 days. But today I am getting back on plan and I will leave all that Ick stuff alone.

I lost 1 lbs and .438 inches. So I guess that ia good concidering I was off plan.

thats great! wish i could say that! i gained 3/4 this weekend and am now up another 3.5! on top of it.

Sunshine.....good job on the loss. Hey? it could have been worse if you weren't entirely OP. Keep it up.

Andrea.....ohhhh, whats going on? Is it TOM, not enough water or extra treats? Hang in there.

I'm trying to have balanced meals with 40% carbs,30 %protein and 30% fat. My days are crazy so I have a little more on the + side than not. Too much figuring out, so most times I either eat a 'days worth' of already calculated foods or just approximate my portions.

Hi yall I have a few questions concerning the wendie plan. I have my weigh in monday would it be better to start this after my wi or before? How do you know what day to pick for your shd? on the ww plan i get 20 points thanks for your help Gina

hey angel: thanks. actually its now 3.... ive been sick for a few weeks so lotsa meds, no exercise and ok i did screw up 1 day. and tom is here too

Gina...I personally use my weigh in day as my SHD. But I weigh in on Monday Morning. If you weigh in in the Evening, I would suggest you use the day afterwards as your SHD.
But you could make your super high day any day you want to. Just remember that after a super high day, You may have a gain and it may take 2 to 3 days to loose it and more. So you always want to have about 3 lower days before weigh in.

Here s an example of what you would do.

POINTS TARGET - 20 (Weigh Less than 150 lbs)

Day 1 - 35 points (SHD) Monday
Day 2 - 20 points Tuesday
Day 3 - 24 points Wednesday
Day 4 - 22 points Thursday
Day 5 - 20 points Friday
Day 6 - 25 points Saturday
Day 7 - 21 points Sunday

If howevery you weigh in during the evening hours Start Day 1 as Tuesday then change the days accordingly.


Day 1 - 35 points (SHD) Tuesday
Day 2 - 20 points Wednesday
Day 3 - 24 points thursday
Day 4 - 22 points Friday
Day 5 - 20 points Saturday
Day 6 - 25 points Sunday
Day 7 - 21 points Monday

Thanks for the reply I weigh in on Monday nights I work late on Tuesday nights dont get home until 8pm thanks Do you think I should start the wendie plan after my monthly weigh in or now? tia Gina

Hi Gina. Why wait? Start now and you'll feel better knowing that you are eating well and then the next monthly weighin you'll be that much farther ahead. My SHD would also be either the night of my weighin or the next day. You DON'T want it to be the night before!! Good luck.

Gina, I would definately start Now. By Monday you may really see a change. Start Tuesday at the latest.

Does WW frown on Wendie Plan? Is that why you are worried about it?

I havent told ww I figure what I do on my time is none of there business eh eh Ok Im going to do this. I think im going to wait until I weigh in on Monday though Im so nervous. GinaH

Its really nothing to be worried about or to start stressing over. The wendie plan IS ww's and its using the same ideology. The ONLY thing different you are doing is stacking some of your points up on different days. The weekly total is still the SAME. I think you are building this up too much.

Hello.I had a question to ask .The last 2 weigh ins I have only been loosing 1.5pounds.whereas the several weeks before it,i was doing 3.2,If i were to do the wendys plan,this is my points:

POINTS TARGET - 24 (Weigh 175 - 199 lbs)
Day 1 - 24 points
Day 2 - 29 points
Day 3 - 25 points
Day 4 - 39 points Super High Day (SHD)
Day 5 - 24 points
Day 6 - 28 points
Day 7 - 26 points

Now,I weigh in Wednesday nights,and just weighed in last night.I know you said the shd should be 3 days before way in.Would it be smart to have my shd on Sunday when i weigh in Wednesday night?If not,would you be able to show me how to arrange the points?Thanks alot
