Kim- yes i agree. although any amount of weight loss is important to that person whether it is 10 or 100 pounds, i feel that they really cant relate. when you have alot to loose it is a major renovation project. it involves long periods of time, lifestyle changes and a lot of thought and energy devoted to accomplishing it. i spend alot of time looking for ways to manipulate those points and get the most for my buck. i spend more time in the kitchen now then before the diet.
i sure have bad days and weekends are hardest for me, or at least the weekends i dont have to work. temptation seems to lurk around every corner and jump at me out of those bread baskets-WW queen. i am trying to master it. i find sometimes if i must cheat a little i try to eat things i would eat on the plan anyway instead of grabbing those fattening things. skinny cow ice cream sanwiches at 2 points each have been a live saver.
ww queen- ohhh my goodness, you are going to europe which is my very favorite place. we try to get there at least once a year. i would say if you have the chance, go for a day to brugge, belgium and have a belgium waffle( i dont know what it would be point wise but they are so good). or just go there to visit. it is absolutely a beautiful town.
exercisebimbo- i admire your discipline to exercise. i hope one day soon to at least do some planned exercise each day. i know we can always come up with excuses but we have been painting and afterall it is garden time. i know i will do it soon.
well as you see i am a chatty girl. i will go now and leave a bit of room for someone else to write.
