This free newsletter has some great insights into the thinking that goes along with our eating issues.http://www.power-nutrition.com/power...april1999.html

Cin it is ok all is well with the world and all is forgiven, i just like to see you hanging around here I am also liking the flexpoints. I feel like I have been over eating a little but I still have 19 FP left and my change over is Saturday. I will still act wisely and let what i don't use expire, but I like seeing a bank with points in it.

I saw you posted something about WW tapes?
Anywho......DG I hope you are having a good day.

Red face Meetings make food obsession worse for me

I find that at my local meeting all they talk about is the latest fake brownie or LF ice cream. It just buys into the idea that overeating is okay if its low fat.

I blame my leader for encouraging this type of thinking, and not taking the focus off food.

Meetings made me more food obsessed, so now I am starting over at home without the meetings or the expense.

Hi, Everyone.

WTG, thanks so much for that link to the Heart & Soul articles. The one at the end of the link about the stages of recovery was a nice reminder that we rarely do anything in a linear fashion and often revisit lessons.

I really liked the one about moving from illusion to learning. I see it two ways in my life...either a blast of realization or a slow dawning. Either is motivating to me, because I'm the one who has integrated the lesson.

Articles like those help me...they show me that I'm not alone in any of this and they also are like carry along coaches for continued inspiration.

Thanks again.
