Hi everyone. I am sorry I did not post yesterday. I am having quite a time with this site lately. Anyone else having any problems???? I can't even get into some of the threads. Anyway, I did not do so well yesterday or Wednesday either. I am right on track today though. I scheduled my assesment for the boot camp at the gym. I go in Tuesday afternoon for weight, body composition, and measurements. I've never had any of that done before. Could be interesting.

I decided I will take charge tomorow.I get my needle and will probably start physio.I stepped on the scales and though I didn't look the shorts i dug out told the tale.One of those horror stories.So now instead of 150 ny end june I am aiming back to good ole 160,which is doable if I work the planLol I see my spelling isn't improving.Made an awesome dish last night that I got on ww site will post late.Was too good which is a problem lol.

Ingredients

1 pound 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef
2 slice bacon, uncooked
4 oz Kraft Velveeta Light Reduced-Fat Pasteurized Processed Cheese Product
8 oz reduced-fat crescent roll dough
2 Tbsp onion powder



Instructions


PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. COOK GROUND BEEF, CHOPPED BACON AND ONION POWDER UNTIL DONE. DRAIN, RETURN TO SKILLET AND ADD VELVETTA. COOK UNTIL MELTED. STIRRING FREQUENTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND SIT ASIDE. UNROLL CRESCENT ROLLS ONTO BAKING SHEET SPRAYED WITH NON STICK COOKING SPRAY. PRESS INTO 15X8 INCH RECTANGLE. TOP EVENLY WITH MEAT MIXTURE. Hi everyone. Have not been doing so great on the eating. Have not been on here either. I guess one is a dead ringer for the other. Anyway, I had my assessment today for boot camp at the gym. Good news is my percent of body fat is in the normal range. I was shocked at this. I was at 32.5. The maximum is 32.9. So, I really need to get it down. I am happy though that it was in the good range. Anyway, I hope to get back on program strong tomorrow. How is everyone else doing????

Fit, I looked at the ingredients for the roll ups. The ingredients sound great. I will have to read on and give it a try. Take care of yourself!

Had my cortisone needle yesterday,this whole back thing interferred with all my plans.I had huge garden plans as well and I am going to have to downsize because i have to take it east.I was mortified by something the other day,I stepped on the scales the other day and though my hubby won't be exact it is between 170-175.I am almost my start weight I could just die.I don't remember aLot of the last month from all the pain killers and such but I didn't think I ate that much.So I am on track and still mortified...I want to be 160 by the end of june so I have to watch my eating closer since I can't exercise it off.Wahhhhhhh.

Well I am up and awake and ready for a new day.I am going to call to make an appointment with physio.I worked in the yard yesterday which I shouln't have been doing.I committed to doing the hedge long before I through out my back.I fell smack on my face for the whole world to see and have have tons of cuts and bruises.I put ice on my back and it felt better instantly.
Today I am going to behave and take it easy{it's raining}.I have found new incentive to be good food wise though perhaps not the best reason to choose.
My husband is planning to adopt my daughter from my first marriage and I might have to see my ex for the first time since 2001.No way I am gonna do that with this extra weight.Incentive is incentive..take it where you can get it.Hopefully it goes smooth or stress eating might take over.

Hi there. Ouch!! Don't over do it with your back. Let it get better. And as far as your motivation, whatever it takes is right. I have been ok today. I burned 380 calories at the gym. I start "boot camp" on Monday and am looking forward to that.

Hey Amy,

I have been so busy this past week with work and helping DS with school work. Really tired too.....

I have been a very bad girl this past week or two. Oh well I'm not going to get mad over it, I did it to myself. My plans for tomorrow is a nice walk and to stay within my points. I will really try this time.......HONEST!!!!LOL

I went to a little party last night with the girls I work with so I feel a little under the weather today. I will live though :devil:

Anyway I better get going, the couch is calling out to my sick "little" body....LOL

Hello. Hope everyone is having a good day so far. I had a busy weekend with lots of food and a bit of drinking as well. My daughter's school had a fundraiser on Saturday night. It was adults only with a cash bar. Had a lot of fun.

Anyway, I stepped on the scale this morning and it is higher than it has been in about two months. It read 174. :( I am so done with that. My boot camp at my gym started this morning at 5:30am. I did that vigorous workout for an hour. My heart rate monitor said I burned 560 calories. Then, I went back at 9:30 for my trainer appointment. Burned 260 that time. Here is how the food is going so far.........

1/2 C cottage cheese 2pts
crushed pineapple 1pt

Lunch will be some sort of sandwich. Trainer said to get some complex carbs in to repair my body after the workouts. It is sink or swim for the next six weeks. $#!& or get off the pot!! I want to get to goal!!!!!! Have a great day! will check in later today or after dinner. --Amy

Just checking in again after lunch. I got to feeling kind of ill this afternoon. Turns out I was starving. Here's how lunch went.....

So, I am at 10 points so far today. I plan on having bingsoo as a snack this afternoon. It is shaved ice, non fat yogurt, with fresh fruit. I would guess about 3 or 4 points. I just realized that I exercised so much and the points are going to be equal to when I don't work out so much. So, I don't think it will hurt to get that fruit and yogurt in. Dinner will be pasta and salad.

Well back again:) I started phsio yesterday,so lame those exercises were.I am a weight lifter and now reduced to lifting my butt up and squeezing sheesh.I will really have to watch my eating cause doing those exercises will burn about one calorie.It is hard to accept that I can't do all the stuff I could before.I feel Like I could and am temted to do stuff but if I do I am going to be right back to where I was a month ago.I picked this year to rip out a 50 year old hedge and we had it started and new one ordered and now my poor husband is stuck with the job.Sometimes life sucks.

After dinner I went walking with two neighbors. I burned another 200 calories. :) So I burned 1020 calories yesterday with exercise alone. Only consumed about 1200(I think). Is this ok??? I feel good. A bit tired but ok.

was at the gym at 5:45 by myself for some cardio. I burned 266 calories in 1/2 hour.

Good afternoon! Hope you guys are having a good day. Mine is good so far. Woke up at the butt crack of dawn again to go to boot camp. Burned 515 calories this time. I bit less than Monday. However, I never felt like I was going to throw up. :D Here is food so far......

Good evening. Just a quick check in before I turn in. Today went great. Stayed within points. Went for a 16.5 mile bike ride and burned 650 calories doing it. Boot camp again tomorrow. Hope your day stayed as planned fitbyforty. Sounded like a good plan. Talk to you tomorrow.

So far good.I went to physio and it kicked my butt lol but I used a cardio machine today and was pleased that I wasn't dying after 2 minutes.So I haven't lost everything I was working towards the last 2 years.
Eating is perfect so far stuck to yesterdays menu except I don't know what supper will bring but will try to be a good girl.
I figure I gained 10 pounds while I was down coupled with the steroids so I will be content to just be 160 by summer.Trouble is I am too scared to get on a scale.
If I don't see you have a great weekend Amy,it is supposed to be chilly here.

Actually it is my daughter:) she is 13.I got the documents I needed from Canada so we have to take them to the laywer.It hasn't really budged yet because we were lax in getting the papers back to the lawyer.The papers I needed came the day after I ordered them.Impressive.Once we take them in I hope it will move quickly.A lot is riding on what the Bio dad does.

Eating wasn't too bad this weekend though I overdid it Sat in the yard and am scared to death I did something to my back again.My legs were killing me all weekend from doing squats at physio with a rubber ball lol.So far today I am still OP hoping to stay that way,nights are hard.I still haven't stepped on the scale.Truthfully I don't think I lost anything.

Good morning. Hope your day is going well. Got up and did my boot camp this morning again. It was easier today. I think it was just easier. I am not any better at it. I only burned 430 calories as opposed to over 500 like I did every day last week. That's ok though. I am headed to the personal trainer at 9:30 this morning. I will burn some more then. Will miss the walk with the neighbors tonight though. Going for another bike ride tomorrow. It will be shorter than last week's 16.5 miles. More people are going with this time and I am looking forward to that. Any way, I had malt o meal for breakfast. I am at 3 points so far. Will post more later. --Amy

Hi Lynn. Thanks for your kind words of encouragement. I am really feeling good lately. Boot camp was just the kick in the butt I needed to get going again. I am sort of sad. Tomorrow is my son's birthday, so I am missing my usual meeting to go out to dinner for his celebration. I will go weigh in first thing in the morning. I really wanted to go to my regular meeting for consistent scale results. You know how morning vs evening weighs are so different. But the five year old is the priority for sure. Don'tbe discouraged Amy,I bet it is muscle and you will show a loss next week.I am still avoiding the scale,am getting some pressure from a fellow meeting goer to go to a meeting lol.Been awhile.I am embarrassed to go because I gained weight.I got out of it this week for legitimate reasons but will face the music next week.I hate paying:( plus I really don't want to know what I weigh.Doing pretty well today eatingwise,got a huge salad in the fridge I am having tonight.Maybe I can pull a rabbit out of my butt and drop a couple pounds before next week.

Went to the specialist yesterday and he gave me the go ahead with working out again.I have to be careful and start slow.It will keep me out of the kitchen cupboards and that will be a huge plus.Maybe I will be stepping on the scale again in this lifetime:)

We can all be forgiven for our eating on the weekend this was our time:)I got on the scales this morning and closed my eyes.My husband delivered the sweetest words I've heard in awhile,down 5 pounds.That was after eating a bag of chips last night.I was so worried I was gaining weight.I am newly inspired.

Good afternoon Lynn. Congratulations on the loss!!! Good for you. I am sure you feel so much better now. I am still truckin' along. I have nine points left for dinner tonight. Don't know what the heck we are going to do. My daughter has a program at 6pm. That means a late dinner. I am thinking Subway. Although I have stayed within points today, I don't feel real good about my choices. I have carbed out today. I am feeling snacky. I am not truly hungry, but bored instead. That makes me want to eat. Don't feel like doing anything to take my mind off food either. I must hold steady until dinner. Really don't want to ruin the day. I am going for a long bike ride tomorrow. I think my upper body will need the rest. My trainer today really focused on arms and shoulders (OUCH!). Anyway, I will check back in with you tomorrow or late tonight. Have a good one. --Amy

I am not a happy person today.Physio had me do an exercise on Monday that made my back hurt.I told her yesterday and she says oh no you aren't having a relapse.Your muscles are sore,as long as it isn't causing pain in your leg then you are ok.She said a bunch of other stuff but I am not convinced.I'm worried,here it is Thurs.and it still hurts.I can't say that it gets worse evryday but it interferes with my sleep.Top it all off I have an ultrasound for my kidney stones.Last time I had that the next day I was sooo sore.I emailed my chiro yesterday and she said I am probably ok but if by Fri. it is no better I should call the specialist.sigh.Plus side I am eating pretty well possibly not enough.I will keep you posted.

Morning all.The pain finally went away on Sunday.It took 6 days to stop,goes to show how quicly one can fall out of shape.I woke up this morning and I wasn't spre and crippled.The guy at physio yesterday did something different.I did some yard stuff yesterday and am inspired by the fact that I am not crippled.
Today I am sticking to plan.It has been so long since I used my only ww tracker that I was thinking it was time to cancel.Today I will use it and look for some new recipes.Amy did you ever try that Beef cheeseburger rollup?Last time I made it I put a marinara sauce on top,it was really good.Lets start the day with the tried and true

Today is the day,I am going back to the gym to try a workout.Little nervous but I plan to go very easy.I find when I am here at home I want to munch and that is not good.I can't garden because they are redoing our roof the last 2 days.Starting at 7am!!!! I'm here Lynn. Sorry!! My hubby was out of town and my mom stayed with me. I didn't even log on. I'm not doing too good. I am 1 pound up from when I started my boot camp four weeks ago. My home scale shows me at 176. Haven't been there for about 8 or 9 months. I am going to try core for a few weeks and see how that goes. That just doesn't excite me though. I'll check back in with you later. Hope you have been back on track and the gym was ok for ya. Have a good weekend if by chance I'm not on here over the holiday. ==Amy
